Room Rates and Policies

• The Lucy Harding Room-$130.00, plus tax (Queen bed/Private Bath with shower and tub)
• The Calico Room -$90.00, plus tax (Extra Person: $20 per night) (Double Featherbed/Twin (see the rooms page)/Private Bath/Private Entrance)
• The Juliana Suite- $150.00, plus tax (Extra Person: $20 per night) (Queen Bed, Large Sitting Room, Private Bath with shower) - Second bedroom available for $40
• Deposit: One night's lodging
• Cancellation: 14 days notice for refund, 21 days notice for holiday weekends.  Money returned if we book the
  room --less a $20 handling fee.
• Check-In: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

• Pets: Small dogs only - $25 charge

When you come to the junction of Highways 99 & 198, exit east to Visalia. Follow 198 east through Visalia, past the Exeter exit, flashing lights, past the Woodlake exit, flashing lights, through Lemon Cove. After leaving Lemon Cove, you will see a Texaco station on the left. Turn left (west); you are now on State Highway 216, which will eventually be the same as Avenue 344.  Proceed 3.2 miles.  You will find our blacktop driveway on the right within a city block's distance after turning left (west) at the 20 mph corner. Welcome.
